It had tasty food, good working staff. They gave us beautifully decorated and well-appointed double room with decent wifi signal. Everywhere there was reasonably clean.
Well, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The charming decor smartly blended modern touches with classic Greek vibes. The accessibility was great, with friendly staff always ready to help us around.
Better lighting in stairways would be helpful.

Nice hotel, very good located in the city center, near the main historical monuments and shopping streets
The street in which the hotel is situated, feels a bit unsafe, due to the many houses in disrepair, but a 24hour reception with cameras ensures the guests all safety

Breakfast was excellent varied choice and staff helpful. Ensured rooms were cleaned daily and did liase with you if you were late getting out of your room.
The room size was poor did not reflect the website description. The bathroom was unfinished tiles were missing and you could see the light from the bathroom above. The bath was small and there was no place to hang the shower attachment which did cause difficulty when trying to shower. It describes the room as family/accommodate three adults it could do with being large as we had a teenage daughter with us.Definitely not worth 140 euros per night

The convenience of it's location - an easy walk to just about any site of interest. Also the friendliness of all the staff - very pleasant and accommodating. We requested quiet rooms and were given just that, never heard our neighbors or the noise of the street.
The only thing I didn't like was the hardness of the beds, but that is totally personal and others might prefer that.

Really good staff service made me feel welcome.
We faced significant noise issues . The room was uncomfortably cramped, especially when we had to switch rooms. Breakfast options were very limited, disappointing considering we were expecting more variety.

The hotel looks nice... The breakfast was great but... There was wireless... There was a computer in the lobby. They stored our luggage after checkout in a locked closet.
...but it had some quirks. For one, we could hear other people in their bathrooms from our bathroom. Also, I asked for a double room for 4 adults and specifically requested no cots. We got one double bed, one single and a cot! A short cot! A short uncomfortable cot! Plus, the part of the room with the air conditioner was cold and the other part was hot. The breakfast room is narrow and quickly felt crowded. Wireless internet was only available in the lobby. So, if you're just staying in a regular room, it is probably great but I don't recommend it for a group of 4

The staff were very helpful and the hotel has a personal feel. The location is also ideal for those who want to explore Athens on foot as there are plenty of tavernas, bars and shops for tourists nearby. The Acropolis, the central market, Parliament, some of the museums, Lycabettus Hill and central metro stations are also within walking distance.
I think the lift was a little small and the bathroom in the triple room we stayed in could have been improved if there was a shower curtain.

We had a lovely three-night stay in a Superior Double Room and were pleasantly surprised by the mini fridge and hairdryer in our room. The cozy lounge area was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring, and we also enjoyed a few games in the games room. The only downside was that the decor felt a bit dark for our taste, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience. 😊
